Imposing city-centre modern apartment building accommodating 90 dwellings.

In-situ reinforced concrete slab construction clad in masonry with feature glazing and natural timber facing.

The building has two levels of car parking (one is underground) and is supported on bored CFA piling.

The confined site, adjacent buildings and extensive surrounding buried sewers were accommodated by the use of contiguous bored-pile retaining walls.
