North West Regional College was established in 2007, bringing together Limavady College and North West Institute to create a larger, stronger area-based college to provide education and training to people in the North West of Ireland.
This scheme included the construction of two new buildings at Strand Road. The buildings contain a mixture of publicly accessible spaces and student, teaching and social areas.
A link bridge connects both buildings at level 3 and is a landmark feature of this development.
The scheme was delivered as a design and build contract with Albert Fry Associates providing full civil and structural engineering consultancy services.
