Millisle Eurospar

Albert Fry Associates are pleased to have provided structural engineering consultancy services to the Henderson Group in the development of their new EUROSPAR at Moss Road, Millisle, Co. Down. The £3m state-of-the-art community supermarket provides a full range of in-store facilities including Post-Office, off-licence, grocery, butchers, food-to-go etc.  The build, which began pre-lockdown and lasted eight months, replaces the original SPAR store on Main Street, retaining its 15 employees in addition to creating 25 new jobs for the local area.  The new supermarket will feature 1000’s of additional lines when compared to the former store plus an ATM and Maxol service station, the first in the town for over 15 years.
